A theory foundation in transitioning from trick to trick while in isolation. Class uses prop-specific isolation theory to aids in transitioning by building on top of the common shape relations. We will look at how atomic/3D movement helps to transition between planes. Class is designed to help students find a structure on which to build continuous movement in their journey to buugeng flow.
