Take your pole dancing into the air, as you learn basic inversions, intermediate spins and poses from a climb! Students must have some pole/aerial experience or have taken Intro to Pole. Class will begin with a thorough warm up, stretching during class, and end with a cool down. Students are encouraged to take notes, pictures, and videos during class. Climbing: Side Climb, Pinwheel to climb Poses: Martini Glass, Floating V, Figurehead Basic Invert, Outside leg hook, Gemini, Superman Required Wear: Shorts, tank top, and sports bra.
